Hi Kathleen,
The piglets Diamond(little girl) and Dutch(little boy) are adjusting wonderfully to our family. Diamond is definitely more eager to please and learns very fast. They have gone on their first camping trip and were great! They have decided that one of our couches is now their bed and when one of us sits on it, although they allow it, remind us that it is truly theirs. Training is going quite well. They can walk up the ramps to the car and camper, sit give kisses and jump over our makeshift jump. They are wearing their harnesses and walking on leashes sometimes with a little coaxing from the treat jar. The kids are in love with them and are very very pleased. Dutch is the little adventurer. He likes to roam and remembers quite well where all the delicious things in life are!. We look forward to more training with them. Housebreaking has gone well. Most of that business is done outside...that's a great treat! I've included a couple of pictures of the piglets at day's end. They have from day one always put themselves to bed when they were tired and they let anyone who comes near them know that they don't want to be bothered...IT'S BEDTIME! Our cats love to cuddle up to them. They are the perfect cuddle buddies. We can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with them. They have definitely added a new dimension to our lives. People still think we're crazy...too bad for them...they don't know what they're missing.
